We are currently taking reservations for arrivals after September 1, 2026.

Can I book nightly, monthly, or seasonal stays?
Yes. Rock Springs RV Resort offers flexible stays, including short stays and extended stays (including 30-, 60-, and 120-night options described on our Stay page).

How do I get to the resort?
Use Exit 242 on I-17 and follow signs to Rock Springs RV Resort. Paved roads lead straight to the resort entrance.
What’s the resort address?
35850 S Old Black Canyon Hwy, Black Canyon City, AZ 85324.
How close are Phoenix and Sedona?
Our Contact page lists Rock Springs as about 45 minutes from Phoenix and 60 minutes from Sedona (drive times vary).
RV Sites & Hookups
Do RV sites have full hookups?
Yes. RV sites include full hookups (water, sewer, and 50/30 amp electric).
Are you big-rig friendly?
Yes. The Stay page describes 75-ft big rig friendly sites.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes. The Stay page references fiber Wi-Fi as part of the site experience.
What does every RV site include?
Full hookups, Wi-Fi/cable readiness, spacious sites, and access to all resort amenities are listed on the Stay page.
Glamping Suites
What are the glamping suites like?
Our Stay page describes park-model casitas with king beds, ensuite baths, and private fire-pits, designed for comfortable short stays or month-to-month rentals
Can I rent glamping for longer than a weekend?
Yes. The Stay page notes glamping is available for 2-night stays and month-to-month rentals.
Amenities & On-Site Services
What amenities are available at the resort?
Amenities include a resort-style pool, clubhouse and camp store, pickleball and cornhole, BBQ pavilion and community fire pit, modern bathhouse and laundry, and a dog park with an exercise loop.
Do you have showers and laundry?
Yes. The Amenities page highlights modern bathhouses and laundry facilities.
Do you have pickleball courts?
Yes. The Amenities page notes two lighted pickleball courts.
PETS & DOG PARK
Is Rock Springs pet-friendly?
Yes. The website references the K9 Corner dog park as part of the resort experience.
Do you have a dog park?
Yes. K9 Corner is a fenced dog park, and the Amenities page also mentions a desert walking loop.
Monthly & Seasonal Stays
What are the requirements for monthly stays?
Guests staying one month or more must provide RV and/or tow vehicle registration and insurance information prior to arrival, and all guests must adhere to the resort’s terms and conditions.
Are there RV age requirements for monthly reservations?
Yes. The Monthly Sites page states that motorhomes, 5th wheels, and travel trailers 15 years or newer can make a monthly reservation (with a photo-approval option if older but in excellent condition).
Are pop-ups or truck campers allowed for monthly stays?
The Monthly Sites page states pop-ups and truck campers are not permitted for monthly stays.
How do monthly deposits and payments work?
Monthly reservations require a deposit based on booking window, and monthly payments are due on the first day of the billing cycle with auto-pay described on the Monthly Sites page.
Is electricity included in monthly rates?
The Monthly Sites page states that electric is metered.
