Our story starts in 1922 when Rock Springs Café began serving miners and motorists along the newly built Black Canyon Highway. More than a century later, that same spirit fuels Rock Springs RV Resort—family-owned, Arizona-proud, and home to the best pie on the road.
Today, our legendary pies, still crafted by hand daily, are ready to travel wherever you go, thanks to our convenient Pie Box. Carefully packed to preserve freshness and flavor, the Pie Box features crowd favorites like Jack Daniel’s Pecan, Bourbon Cherry, Tennessee Lemon, and more.
