Arrival, Departure & Taking Care of the Resort
Rock Springs RV Resort is designed to feel clean, calm, and easy to navigate. Please follow posted signage and staff instructions on-site so everyone enjoys a smooth stay.
Site Use & Respect
- Please keep your site tidy and dispose of trash properly.
- Use hookups responsibly and report any issues to Guest Services.
- Be mindful of neighbors—especially during early mornings and evenings.
Safety & Common Areas
Amenities like the pool, clubhouse, pickleball courts, and BBQ pavilion are shared spaces. Please follow posted rules and be respectful of other guests.
Pets & Courtesy
We’re a pet-friendly resort and we love seeing dogs enjoying the desert. Please help us keep the resort welcoming for all guests—pet owners and non-pet owners alike.
K9 Corner & Clean-Up
- Please clean up after your pet immediately.
- Use designated areas like K9 Corner for exercise and play.
Noise & Neighborliness
Rock Springs welcomes road-trippers, families, snowbirds, and remote workers. Courtesy matters—please keep music and outdoor conversations at a considerate level, especially in the evenings.
Monthly Stay Requirements
Monthly stays are available for guests who want to settle in for a month or a season. To maintain a consistent, safe, and comfortable resort environment, monthly reservations follow eligibility and billing requirements.
Monthly Reservation Dates
When reserving a monthly site, your reservation must start and end on the same date of the month—for example, January 24 to February 24.
Rig Eligibility (Monthly Stays)
- Motorhomes, 5th wheels, and travel trailers 15 years or newer can make a monthly reservation for up to 5 months.
- Pop-ups and truck campers are not permitted for monthly stays.
- If your rig is older than 15 years but in excellent condition or restored, email photos of all four sides for approval before reserving.

Utilities & Payments
- Electric is metered.
- Winter monthly rates start at $900.
- Deposits: 50% of the first month if booked more than 30 days prior to arrival; full month if booked 30 days or less prior.
- Autopay: a payment method is required on file; monthly reservations are charged automatically on the due date unless management approves an exception.
Documents, Moveable Requirement & Billing Schedule
- Guests staying one month or more must provide RV and/or tow vehicle registration and insurance information to the office prior to arrival.
- All guests must adhere to the resort’s Terms and Conditions.
- All RVs must be moveable within a 24-hour notice.
- Monthly reservations are due on the 1st day of the billing cycle; there is a 2-day grace period; on the 3rd day the ejection process begins.

Do you allow monthly stays?
Yes. Monthly stays are available, and monthly reservations follow eligibility and billing requirements including rig age guidelines, deposits, autopay, and metered electric.

What if my RV is older than 15 years?
If your rig is older than 15 years but in excellent condition or restored, you can request approval by emailing photos of all four sides to Guest Services.
