Deposits, Billing & Payment Rules
Deposits
Monthly reservations require a deposit based on how far in advance you book. If booked more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is 50% of the first month. If booked within 30 days of arrival, a deposit equal to the full month is required.
Autopay
A payment method must be on file. For monthly reservations, the card on file will be charged automatically on the due date. Any exceptions to autopay must be approved in advance by management.
Monthly Due Date & Grace Period
Monthly reservations are due on the 1st day of the billing cycle. The resort allows a 2-day grace period. On the 3rd day, the ejection process will begin.
Rig Eligibility for Monthly Stays
To maintain a safe, comfortable, and consistent resort environment, monthly stays follow eligibility guidelines.
- Motorhomes, 5th wheels, and travel trailers 15 years or newer can reserve a monthly site for up to 5 months.
- Pop-ups and truck campers are not permitted for monthly stays.
- If your rig is older than 15 years but in excellent condition or restored, email photos of all four sides for approval before booking.

What You’ll Need Before Arrival
For stays of one month or more, please prepare the following items before check-in.
- RV registration and insurance information (and/or tow/pull vehicle registration and insurance) submitted to the office prior to arrival
- Agreement to the resort’s terms and conditions
- Confirmation that your RV can be moved within 24-hour notice if required
