- Quick rinse after rides
- Helps keep roads and sites cleaner
- Convenient for multi-day trail weekends

Please follow any posted instructions on-site to keep the area safe and efficient for everyone.

#### Extra Trailer & Toy Parking

Traveling with a toy hauler, flatbed, or extra trailer? Use our overflow parking area to store trailers or off-road toys when you’re not using them.

- Frees up space at your site
- Easier in/out for day rides
- Helps keep drive aisles clear

### Why Adventure Travelers Love This Setup

#### Keep Your Site Cleaner

A fast rinse keeps grit out of your RV, helps protect your gear, and makes camp feel comfortable.

#### Save Time After the Ride

Instead of searching for an off-site wash option, you can clean up and unwind without leaving the property.

#### Built for the Toy-Hauler Crowd

Overflow parking makes the resort easier to navigate and keeps your campsite uncluttered.

### Ride, Rinse, Repeat

Bradshaw Mountain loops start about **5 minutes from the resort gate**—so you can ride the washes, explore the desert, and still be back in time to rinse off at the wash bay before dinner.
